The link between great employers and skilled workers.
JP Talent Acquisition connects employers with skilled workers — local and Work Permit — across construction, manufacturing, marine, process and services, with end-to-end compliance, care and support.
One accountable partner, from first call to long-term care.
Source
We find qualified workers — locally and through licensed overseas partners and government-authorised training institutes — then screen, interview and shortlist honestly.
Place
Where a work pass is required, we handle the full process — quota checks, application submission, In-Principle Approval and arrival coordination — in your company's name.
Support
We induct every worker within 48 hours, run monthly welfare check-ins, and stay on call for both employer and worker for the life of the contract.
We're a Singapore employment agency built for one job: connecting employers who need reliable, skilled workers with workers who need honest, well-managed employment — and staying responsible for both sides long after the placement.
Skilled workers for the industries that build Singapore.
We place workers where they're needed most, across every sector we serve.
DRC is MOM's Dependency Ratio Ceiling — the maximum share of a company's total workforce that can be Work Permit or S Pass holders. Rates as published by MOM, October 2026.

Manufacturing
Machine operators, assemblers, packers and welders for precision and production lines.
Marine Shipyard
Welders, fitters, riggers, pipe fitters and painters for shipbuilding and repair.
Process

Your sector
Don't see your industry? We tailor sourcing to your exact requirements.
A clear, compliant process from start to finish.
Understand
We onboard your company, verify quota headroom, and confirm the role, salary and accommodation.
Source
We source through licensed partners, screen and interview candidates, and present 2–3 shortlisted profiles.
Place
We submit the Work Permit application via WP Online and coordinate the In-Principle Approval and arrival.
Prepare
We verify housing and all mandatory insurance before arrival, and brief the worker on the job and their rights.
Induct
Within 48 hours of arrival we explain the contract in the worker's language and run a safety induction.
Support
Monthly welfare check-ins with every worker, quarterly reviews with you, and a direct line for both sides.
Compliance and care aren't add-ons. They're the whole point.
We never cut corners on the rules.
Fee caps, ethical recruitment, security bonds and PDPA — we operate strictly within MOM's Employment Agencies framework, because your licence and our licence depend on it.
Workers who are treated well stay and perform.
Every worker gets a direct line to us, separate from their employer. Unpaid salary, unsafe conditions or distress are escalated immediately — never ignored.
One point of accountability.
From sourcing to repatriation, we own the whole journey. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing — just one partner who knows your workers by name.
We know the sectors we place into.
We understand the trades, the quotas and the timelines in each sector we serve. That means faster, better-matched placements and fewer surprises when work begins.

Built on trust, run with care.
JP Talent Acquisition is a Singapore employment agency founded on a simple belief: placing a worker is a responsibility, not a transaction.
Built for one job: the right worker, placed compliantly.
JP Talent Acquisition is a Singapore employment agency placing local and Work Permit workers for employers across construction, manufacturing, marine shipyard, process and services.
What we do
We source, screen and place workers, local and Work Permit, and take each application through to In-Principle Approval in your company's name.
How we work
Compliance is the operating model, not a wrapper. Fee caps, licensing conditions, insurance and record-keeping are checked at every step — and we tell you plainly when a request can't be done.
After placement
We induct every worker, run monthly welfare checks, and stay on call for both employer and worker for the life of the contract.
What we stand for.
Compliance
We operate strictly within the law — fee caps, licensing, insurance and record-keeping. There is no shortcut worth our licence or your trust.
Care
Workers are people, not units. We check in monthly, act on concerns fast, and treat every placement as a long-term relationship.
Integrity
We present jobs honestly, never over-promise, and never withhold a passport or overcharge a worker. What we say is what we do.
Work with a partner who takes responsibility seriously.
Whether you're hiring your first worker or your hundredth, we'll treat the placement with the same care.
Everything, end to end.
From the first job order to the last day of the contract, we manage the full lifecycle of every placement — local or Work Permit — so you can focus on running your business.
Worker Sourcing & Recruitment
We source qualified workers — local candidates and overseas hires through licensed partners and government-authorised training institutes — then screen, interview and shortlist honestly.
Work Pass & Permit Processing
Where a work pass is required, we check quota headroom, submit the application in your company's name, track it through, and coordinate In-Principle Approval and arrival.
Compliance & Licensing Management
We keep every placement within MOM's rules — fee caps, security bonds, demerit tracking and statutory record-keeping — so you're always audit-ready.
Housing & Insurance Compliance
For foreign hires, we verify accommodation meets MOM standards and confirm all mandatory insurances are in force before your worker arrives.
Worker Induction & Onboarding
In the first 48 hours we explain the contract in the worker's own language, run a safety induction, and make sure they know their rights and who to call — whether they joined locally or from overseas.
Ongoing Welfare & Monitoring
Monthly check-ins with every worker and quarterly reviews with you — catching problems early before they become disputes.
Termination & Repatriation
We close out every placement correctly and on time — pass cancellation and repatriation for work pass holders, any incidents along the way, and the 6-month fee refund obligation.

Don't see your industry? We tailor sourcing to your exact requirements.
Local and overseas.
We recruit in Singapore and through MOM-approved source countries, so the answer isn't limited to a single pipeline.
Singapore residents and PRs
No quota, no levy and no source-country restriction. We screen for the trades you actually need, including mid-career and returning workers.
MOM-approved source countries
Work Permit hires sourced through licensed partners and government-authorised training institutes, with sector-specific skills testing and a well-established approval process.
Trust is earned in the details.
In employment agency work, compliance isn't paperwork — it's the foundation of everything we do. Here's how we protect you, your workers and our licence.
MOM Employment Agency Licence
We operate under MOM employment agency licence 26C3770, with the required security bond maintained at all times.
CEI (KAH) Certified
Our Key Appointment Holder is CEI (KAH) certified, accountable for compliance with the Employment Agencies framework.
Fee Cap Compliance
We never charge workers more than the statutory cap — a maximum of two months' salary — and issue a receipt for every fee collected.
Ethical Recruitment
We never withhold passports, never overcharge, and never misrepresent a job. Workers are briefed on their rights in their own language.
PDPA Data Protection
Collected minimally and held in access-controlled company systems. Disclosed only to the form processor that delivers your enquiry, to an employer you have agreed to be put forward to, or where the law requires it.
Welfare & Escalation
Monthly worker check-ins and a direct escalation path for unpaid salary, unsafe conditions or distress — never ignored, never delayed.
Questions about compliance?
We're happy to walk you through the rules, the fees and the timelines — transparently, before you commit.

A consultant contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone to understand your trade, your experience and when you can start.
We match you
We put your profile to employers whose work fits your experience. We do not send your details to an employer you have not agreed to.
The employer applies
If you are selected, the work pass application is made in the employer's name. We handle the paperwork and keep you updated at each stage.

Privacy notice.
What personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
JP Talent Acquisition Private Limited (UEN 202644999M) is a Singapore employment agency. Our registered office is 50 Tagore Lane, #5-01L, Singapore 787494, and our Employment Agency licence number is 26C3770.
We are the organisation responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Our Data Protection Officer can be contacted at [email protected] or on +65 9047 7283.
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, company, email address and telephone number;
- the type of workers or services you are asking about; and
- the contents of your message.
If you engage us, or apply to us for a role, we may also hold employment and work pass information — such as identity and passport details, qualifications, employment history, medical examination results and salary information — to the extent we need it to provide our services and to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Manpower.
Like any website, ours receives the technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address and the pages you request, in our hosting logs.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and to quote for our services;
- to provide employment agency services — sourcing, Work Permit applications, placement, onboarding and ongoing support;
- to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those owed to the Ministry of Manpower and other public authorities;
- to keep records of our dealings with you; and
- to improve how we respond to enquiries.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Consent and withdrawing it
By sending us a message you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will stop using your data for those purposes, though we may still need to keep records where the law requires it, and withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer act for you.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where it is needed for the work you have asked us to do:
- the Ministry of Manpower and related government systems, for Work Permit and employment pass applications and for statutory filings;
- medical clinics, for the medical examinations the Work Permit process requires;
- insurers and bond providers, for the security bond and medical insurance that must be in place before a worker starts;
- housing and dormitory providers, where we arrange accommodation;
- training providers and test centres, for the sector courses and tests a worker must pass;
- our own staff and contractors, who need the information to do their jobs; and
- the service providers who run our systems — our email host and the service that delivers this website's contact form to us.
We do not share your data with anyone else without your consent, unless the law requires it.
Sending data outside Singapore
Some of the candidates and sourcing partners we deal with are outside Singapore, and some of our service providers store data on servers outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and employment agency records for as long as the Ministry of Manpower requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date; and
- stop using your data, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Write to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for producing a copy of your data. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission at pdpc.gov.sg.
